PET POLICY
We welcome owners with small domestic pets (15 lbs or less); however
we ask that certain guide lines be adhered to.
- Upon checking-in, the owner must sign a waiver declaring full financial responsibility for any damage to hotel property by the pet.
- The pet must not be left alone in the room.
Please note that there will be a cleaning fee of $25 per stay.
GIFT SHOP
Our unique and friendly convenience store is located in the lobby
of the hotel. The shop carries various touristic items,
confectionaries, and various medicinal items.
VALET PARKING
Upon arrival at the hotel, our guests can simply ask the Bell Captain
for valet parking. While you check-in or check-out, the Bell
Captain will be more than happy to park or deliver your car to
you.
24hr SECURITY
There are security guards in the hotel, 24 hours-a-day and seven-days
a week. They are easily recognizable by the ear pieces they wear
and a name badge that identifies them.
LAUNDRY AND DRY-CLEANING SERVICES
Provided the items needed to be washed or dry/cleaned are handed
in by 9:00am in the morning, they will be returned to you by the
evening. Guests place items in a plastic bag provided by the hotel
and mark down what it is they are submitting to be washed/dry-cleaned.
The bill for the service is added to your final hotel bill.
KIDS 19 AND UNDER
Children, 19 years old and under, can stay for free when sharing
their parents' room.
BABY-SITTING SERVICES
Baby sitting services can be arranged, with prior notice from our
clients. Simply notify the receptionist or the concierge that
you would like a babysitter either upon making your reservation
or upon checking-in.
